In August 2022, Pineapple officially launched their 'MyPineapple' mobile app on Google Play and Apple App Stores for the first time. My role was to design both internal and external launch campaigns to support its release.
Our goal was to reach our core audience effectively to achieve a high adoption rate for the MyPineapple Mobile App. We needed to show them how this app can help them run their business from their phone, allowing them to manage their client base more quickly with the help of AI.
The process involved ensuring the graphics were big, bold, and conveyed the information clearly. A blend of eye-catching mockups and infographic-style graphics ensured that our agents' attention was captured and they were quickly educated on what the app offers.
